Install apache2.2 on FreeBSD 7.2 using ports

1. Upgrade FreeBSD ports collection
portsnap fetch portsnap extract
2. Now you can install
cd /usr/ports/www/apache22 
make install clean 
/usr/local/sbin/apachectl start
 
to enable apache on boot add
apache22_enable=”YES”
following file /etc/rc.confcheck apache on your browser type localhost
